Although being called "The Blue Rose.", their flowers are not blue. They are, of a bluish violet color, streaked with white in the center. The golden stamens enhance the beauty of its small flowers, semi folded, cup-shaped and fragrant that appears in great profusion.
The almost fallen branches, together with its pointed large bright green leaves, further enhance the beauty of this rose which should grow on a pergola or next to another rosebush of white flowers.
